UTAH PESTS' Small Fruits and Vegetable IPM Advisories are weekly email updates (April - Sept.) on current insect and disease activity, treatment recommendations, and production information.  

Current advisory:  July 10:  corn earworm, spider mites on melon, cabbage looper, imported cabbageworm, cabbage aphid, squash bug 
June 22:  cucumber beetles, onion thrips, early blight on tomato/potato, raspberry horntail, rose stem girdler 
June 5:  Colorado potato beetle, phytophthora, "Pruning Fresh Market Tomatoes" 
May 22:  grasshoppers, flea beetles, powdery mildew on cucurbits, currant aphid 
May 15:  cutworms, imported cabbageworm, spider mites, thrips on peas, alternaria leaf spot on cole crops, leafhopper on raspberry, leafrollers on brambles, raspberry bushy dwarf virus 
May 1:  asparagus beetles, root maggots, pea aphid, tarnished plant bug on strawberry, gray mold on strawberry, raspberry horntail 
April 24:  root weevil management on strawberry, raspberry crown borer, imported currantworm, soil testing
